Silent Partners contributes to every element of your project. We carry out all aspects of meeting management from site selection to audiovisual production to comprehensive onsite support. We identify willing and experienced faculty, and then work with them to prepare effective, targeted, and professional electronic presentations. Our turnkey services include agenda planning and conference programs, onsite audio and video recording, and transcription and editing of presentations and discussion sessions for publication as proceedings. We also provide complete promotion and registration services and coordinate CME accreditation.

Logistics Management

We handle logistics by evaluating and selecting the most appropriate site; providing on-site coordination and event management; and arranging transportation, housing accommodations, entertainment and staging. We also offer exhibit service kit coordination, installation and electrical set-up plans.

Budget Forecasting & Reconciliation

Silent Partners will develop an overall trade show or event budget that is updated as needed throughout the planning process. We also prepare long-term forecasting for future shows to build accurate cost models. Following the event, we reconcile all charges to provide consolidated billing.
